Video Conferencing Suite
We can make or receive calls from any IP and ISDN based Video Conferencing System, anywhere in the World.
The following rates apply for IP and ISDN* Video calls and include the hiring of the suite from our West London based office:
- £125 per hour between office hours Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm*
- £175 per hour – outside office hours*
(Mon-Fri: 7am - 9am & 5pm - 7pm)
- 20% discount for new clients
- negotiable rates are available for regular clients and/or bulk bookings
*subject to:
- Minimum hire period of 1hr – office hours
- Minimum hire period of 1.5hr – outside office hours
- A cancellation fee, equivalent to the minimum hire period, applies to all cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the agreed time and date.
- Maximum of 5 persons attending our London office, during a conference call.
- Rates charged at 30 minutes increments.
- ISDN dial-out call charges extra.
- Rates are exclusive of VAT.
